AYD's parent company established one of the country's first pitch-based carbon fiber production lines, laying the technical foundation for AYD's full-chain integration.

R&D Philosophy

Application & data-driven material engineering.

AYD's R&D does not start from a spec sheet. It starts from failure modes inside customer systems: contamination, thermal drift, gas erosion, dimensional instability, conductivity decay, pressure drop, lifecycle inconsistency. From those failure modes, we work backwards through precursor selection, fiber route, carbonization, graphitization, purification, machining, surface treatment, and final part geometry.
