This role supports AYD's semiconductor-grade graphite felt and rigid insulation process platform, covering process development, production validation, quality analysis, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize process routes for graphite felt, rigid felt, and high-purity carbon insulation components.
- Work on carbonization, graphitization, purification, density control, surface treatment, and related process windows.
- Translate semiconductor hot-zone requirements into trial plans, process records, and qualification data.
- Analyze ash, density, dimensional stability, thermal performance, and batch consistency with production and QC teams.
Qualifications
- Background in materials science, chemical engineering, carbon materials, thermal engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with carbon/graphite materials, thermal insulation, high-temperature processing, or semiconductor materials is preferred.
- Comfortable working with experimental data, production parameters, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Data Engineer (Production Data / Database Operations)
This role focuses on keeping production and business data accurate, complete, traceable, and usable. The position requires strong proficiency in MySQL and combines data collection, messy-data maintenance, cloud database operations, migration, backup, permission management, and BI reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, validate, clean, archive, and standardize production, sales, inventory, purchasing, and related business data.
- Review production-floor data sources, workflow forms, field definitions, and reporting logic; help departments follow consistent data-entry standards.
- Maintain cloud SQL Server / MySQL or other relational databases, cloud database instances, or cloud-server database environments, including table structures, field definitions, account permissions, connection settings, backup and recovery, migration support, monitoring alerts, data quality, and basic performance checks.
- Use SQL to query, reconcile, clean, and analyze complex or inconsistent datasets, and help resolve missing, duplicate, or conflicting records.
- Build basic dashboards and reports with Quick BI or similar BI tools to support production, inventory, sales, finance, and management analysis.
Qualifications
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above; computer science, software engineering, information management, data science, automation, industrial engineering, or related majors preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MySQL, with solid capability in SQL queries, table-structure design, data handling, permission management, and database operations.
- Experience working with messy, legacy, or inconsistent data; patient and detail-oriented in data checking, cleaning, correction, and long-term maintenance.
- Able to understand production, inventory, purchasing, and sales data collection logic and turn workflows, fields, forms, and reports into clear data structures.
- Experience with cloud databases, cloud-server database environments, SQL Server operations, MySQL cloud-instance operations, database migration, backup and recovery, permission management, monitoring alerts, or system data integration is preferred.
- Able to use SQL to support BI dashboards and reporting; Quick BI, ERP, MES, CRM, or no-code workflow system experience is a plus.

Workshop Supervisor (Carbon Materials Production)
This role is responsible for daily operations and shop-floor management of carbon materials production, covering planning, scheduling execution, team organization, process discipline, inventory, labor-hour efficiency, quality, safety, and production data.
Responsibilities
- Organize workshop scheduling based on order requirements and production plans.
- Establish and implement shop-floor standards, including role assignment, work procedures, shift handover, inspection records, abnormal issue handling, 6S, and safety requirements.
- Manage workshop teams, including staffing, job training, attendance discipline, performance feedback, and execution improvement.
- Manage raw materials, auxiliary materials, WIP, semi-finished goods, and finished goods inventory.
- Define and improve labor-hour standards, capacity rhythm, workforce efficiency, material loss, yield, and other production metrics.
Qualifications
- Workshop management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong people-management capability and ability to supervise shop-floor execution independently.
- Good understanding of production data, including output, labor hours, inventory, loss, yield, and efficiency metrics.
- Experience in standardized materials manufacturing, carbon materials, graphite materials, composite materials, chemical materials, or high-temperature processing is preferred.
04CNC Engineer

CNC Engineer
This role is responsible for CAD drawing, CNC process planning, CNC programming, and machining technical support for carbon materials and related components, helping improve machining quality, efficiency, and equipment utilization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare CAD drawings, interpret customer drawings, and confirm machining plans based on product and process requirements.
- Handle CNC programming, toolpath planning, machining parameter setup, and program optimization for turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and related processes.
- Support fixture design, machining datum selection, clamping methods, and inspection planning to improve dimensional consistency.
- Follow up on shop-floor machining, troubleshoot process abnormalities, equipment issues, dimensional deviations, and optimization needs.
- Standardize machining processes, CNC programs, equipment parameters, and quality records to support stable production and equipment efficiency.
Qualifications
- Solid CAD capability, with the ability to read, draw, and break down mechanical machining drawings independently.
- Experience in CNC programming and CNC machining; familiar with common machining equipment, cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Rich hands-on machining and equipment experience, with the ability to identify machining risks and drive issue closure.
- Experience machining carbon materials, graphite, composites, ceramics, or other difficult-to-machine materials is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, with good shop-floor communication, cross-functional coordination, and process-documentation skills.
05Sales (Semiconductor Segment)

This role focuses on semiconductor customer development, project follow-up, and commercial conversion for high-purity carbon materials, graphite felt, rigid insulation, and hot-zone components.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customers in semiconductor, crystal growth, hot-zone equipment, and related high-temperature process fields.
- Understand customer requirements for purity, dimensions, structure, delivery, validation, and quality documentation.
- Manage inquiries, technical communication, quotation, sample progress, order tracking, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain customer and project data; provide sales forecasts, project updates, and key-account records.
- Collect market, competitor, and customer requirement information to support product and market planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, semiconductor-related majors, or marketing with industrial background preferred.
- B2B sales experience in industrial products, materials, equipment, or semiconductor supply chains; carbon, graphite, hot-zone materials, or semiconductor customer resources are preferred.
- Technical-sales mindset and ability to coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Strong customer communication, project follow-up, business negotiation, and internal coordination skills.
- Able to travel for customer visits and maintain structured CRM or sales records.
