Graphite Felt Process Engineer (Semiconductor)
This role supports AYD's semiconductor-grade graphite felt and rigid insulation process platform, covering process development, production validation, quality analysis, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize process routes for graphite felt, rigid felt, and high-purity carbon insulation components.
- Work on carbonization, graphitization, purification, density control, surface treatment, and related process windows.
- Translate semiconductor hot-zone requirements into trial plans, process records, and qualification data.
- Analyze ash, density, dimensional stability, thermal performance, and batch consistency with production and QC teams.
Qualifications
- Background in materials science, chemical engineering, carbon materials, thermal engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with carbon/graphite materials, thermal insulation, high-temperature processing, or semiconductor materials is preferred.
- Comfortable working with experimental data, production parameters, and cross-functional engineering teams.
02Data Engineer (Production Data / Database)

Data Engineer (Production Data / Database)
This role is responsible for maintaining, structuring, and supporting analysis of production and business data. The position will help connect workflow data with cloud MySQL databases and BI tools, supporting a standardized and traceable data foundation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, validate, and archive production, sales, inventory, purchasing, and related business data.
- Review business workflows, form fields, data structures, and reporting definitions.
- Support integration between workflow data and cloud MySQL databases; maintain table structures, field definitions, access permissions, and data quality.
- Build basic dashboards with Quick BI or similar BI tools to support production management and business analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases, including basic database maintenance and query work.
- Ability to translate business workflows, fields, forms, and reports into clear data structures.
- Experience with no-code platforms or workflow systems is a plus; Quick BI, ERP, MES, or CRM experience is also preferred.

Workshop Supervisor (Carbon Materials Production)
This role is responsible for daily operations and shop-floor management of carbon materials production, covering planning, scheduling execution, team organization, process discipline, inventory, labor-hour efficiency, quality, safety, and production data.
Responsibilities
- Organize workshop scheduling based on order requirements and production plans.
- Establish and implement shop-floor standards, including role assignment, work procedures, shift handover, inspection records, abnormal issue handling, 5S, and safety requirements.
- Manage workshop teams, including staffing, job training, attendance discipline, performance feedback, and execution improvement.
- Manage raw materials, auxiliary materials, WIP, semi-finished goods, and finished goods inventory.
- Define and improve labor-hour standards, capacity rhythm, workforce efficiency, material loss, yield, and other production metrics.
Qualifications
- Workshop management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong people-management capability and ability to supervise shop-floor execution independently.
- Good understanding of production data, including output, labor hours, inventory, loss, yield, and efficiency metrics.
- Experience in standardized materials manufacturing, carbon materials, graphite materials, composite materials, chemical materials, or high-temperature processing is preferred.
04Sales (Semiconductor Segment)

Sales (Semiconductor Segment)
This role focuses on semiconductor customer development, project follow-up, and commercial conversion for high-purity carbon materials, graphite felt, rigid insulation, and hot-zone components.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customers in semiconductor, crystal growth, hot-zone equipment, and related high-temperature process fields.
- Understand customer requirements for purity, dimensions, structure, delivery, validation, and quality documentation.
- Manage inquiries, technical communication, quotation, sample progress, order tracking, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain customer and project data; provide sales forecasts, project updates, and key-account records.
- Collect market, competitor, and customer requirement information to support product and market planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, semiconductor-related majors, or marketing with industrial background preferred.
- B2B sales experience in industrial products, materials, equipment, or semiconductor supply chains; carbon, graphite, hot-zone materials, or semiconductor customer resources are preferred.
- Technical-sales mindset and ability to coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Strong customer communication, project follow-up, business negotiation, and internal coordination skills.
- Able to travel for customer visits and maintain structured CRM or sales records.
